What the agents do for you
Each agent takes one task that comes back every week: writing a quote, following up, reminding someone of an appointment, watching a deadline. It prepares the work with your prices and your rules. You read it and you decide.
Nothing reaches your client without your approval.
The quote, prepared for you
The request arrives by email or through the form on your site. The agent reads it, uses your products and your prices, and sends you back the finished quote as a PDF.
You read it, adjust a quantity if needed, and send it. Anything unclear is marked "to confirm".

A real quote prepared by the agent, for a birthday party of 60 people. Private details are blurred.
Quotes left without a reply
Every morning, it lists the quotes sent three days ago that got no reply. For the ones still waiting, it writes the follow-up.
You reply in two words, by number: "1 replied", "2 still nothing". You copy the follow-up if you want to send it.
The real email from 28 September, translated from Portuguese, name changed, with the warning added since. The client had typed her date of birth instead of the date of the party.
The Monday report
Every Monday at 07:00, a short email about the past week: new requests, who replied, and who is still waiting, oldest first.
Nothing, you read it with your coffee. A quiet week sends nothing.
The report from a real week, translated from Portuguese. Names changed.
Public tenders in your trade
Every morning, it reads the new tenders published on simap.ch for Geneva (or your cantons), and keeps the ones that match your trade: heating, plumbing, electrical, gardening, joinery, painting and others.
You open the ones that interest you. The submission deadline and the contact are in the email.
What a heating engineer would have received on 30 September 2026. Real tenders.
Appointments, with fewer no-shows
Your clients book a slot on your page. The agent confirms, sends a reminder the day before with an "I'll be there" button, then again two hours before with the address. A cancelled slot is offered to the waiting list.
You keep your usual calendar. You enter your hours, your breaks and the length of each service once.
Example on a demonstration garage.
Google reviews
After an appointment that took place, it asks the client for a Google review, once. If they have not opened the link, it asks one more time, then stops.
Nothing. You see who opened the link in the Monday report.
No separate email for you. Who opened the link shows up in the Monday report.
See the Monday reportMessages: real clients first
It reads every message that comes in, puts advertising aside, and for each real client writes a one-line summary and a first reply.
You read the summaries, correct them if the agent got it wrong, and reply. Nothing is deleted.
Example on the demonstration garage.
Supplier invoices
It reads the invoices that arrive by email, notes the supplier, the amount and the due date, and warns you before an invoice is late.
You pay as usual, then mark it "paid" in your space.
Example: amounts and suppliers invented for the demonstration.

Fifteen minutes, by phone. I ask what your week looks like and tell you straight whether there is anything worth automating.
