Every request is the same work again: open the email, look up your prices, write the quote, send it. Twenty minutes each, after hours.
It can move a file or send a reminder, but it cannot read a client's own words. One unusual sentence, one attachment in the wrong format, and it stops working, so you end up checking it anyway.
