What these terms cover
They apply to the discovery call, the written audit, and any automation I build for you.
The 15-minute call
Free, no obligation. If I think there is nothing worth automating in your business, I tell you on the call.
The written audit
900 CHF. Two hours at your place, then a written document of four to six pages, within three working days. It sets out your three biggest time losses, costed in hours and in francs.
If the document teaches you nothing, you tell me and I refund you.
If you then decide to build something with me, the project starts from that document. The 900 CHF stays the price of the audit.
The price of what we build
Fixed in writing before I start. No hourly billing, no surprise invoice. If the work changes along the way, the new price is written down and agreed before I carry on.
The audit is invoiced when the document is handed over, payable within 30 days. A build is half on starting and half once it runs.
What you give me
Your prices, your rules, and access to the mailboxes or accounts involved.
An automation set up with the wrong prices produces wrong quotes: the figures you give me are yours.
What the automation does, and what it does not do
It reads what arrives, prepares the work, and hands it back for you to check. Nothing reaches your customer without your approval.
Nothing is sent, changed or deleted without a rule you wrote. You are the one who reviews and sends.
If I am away or something breaks
I do not guarantee constant availability.
If the automation stops, your requests stay in your mailbox exactly as before and you carry on by hand. I fix it as soon as I can.
Who owns what
Your data, your prices and your rules are yours, and you can ask for a copy at any time.
The agent's own code stays mine, and you have the use of it for as long as the service is paid for.
Stopping
One month's notice, yours or mine. No minimum term. When it stops, you get a copy of your data.
My liability
Capped at what you have paid me over the last twelve months.
I am not liable for a quote you approved without reading it.
